Rep. Miller Issues Statement After Governor Pritzker Signed the FY 27 State Budget into Law

Hindsboro, IL… After the largest-in-history $55.9 Billion FY 27 State Budget was signed into law by Governor Pritzker on June 16, State Representative Chris Miller (R-Hindsboro) issued the following statement and criticized the governor’s perception of affordability.

“JB Pritzker gaslights the citizens of Illinois and continues to drive costs up for working families by supporting progressive policies,” said Miller. “Every year he gives money to illegal immigrants while families and businesses flee to greener pastures. The citizens of Illinois are fed up with Pritzker’s lies, and they want to live in a state that prioritizes citizens over illegal immigrants.”
