The only way that we create base load energy here in the state of Illinois, the cheapest, affordable and most reliable is through coal, natural gas, and nuclear energy generation. So, we need to quit being stupid on steroids and do the things that we know will benefit the citizens of Illinois and produce a structure where we actually can meet the base load generation because it will never happen with wind and solar.
