Today is day four of lame duck session and the Democrats have done nothing to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Illinois. They could have debated solutions to address high property taxes, high energy rates, failing public schools, and illegal immigration, but they chose to pass. They are displaying a dysfunctional approach to governing and spending roughly $30,000 per vote so far.
