Pritzker’s policies are pushing young, wealthy workers out of state

Pritzker’s policies continue to feed the out-migration trend and a lot of money is leaving too. According to the IRS migration data from 2022, Illinois was the 2nd-biggest loser nationally of households aged 26 to 35 with incomes greater than $200,000. Regardless of what Governor Pritzker says, the truth is Illinois is bleeding population loss and the concerns are growing.

The number one reason people leave Illinois is because of high taxes. This is not surprising when you have so-called leaders craft bad policies and then raise taxes to accommodate for their financial shortfalls. Taxpayers have been an ATM for the Pritzker administration and hard-working taxpayers are packing their bags and moving to other states for better opportunities, less taxes, and less government. Pritzker on the other hand, says that Illinois is setting an example for other states. Illinois has the ability to lower taxes, create job opportunities, and scale back big government, but Democrats refuse to pass legislation that would benefit Illinois residents. Progressive policies have a negative impact on the great state of Illinois. Unfortunately, Democrats will continue to push their woke agendas and ignore the needs of Illinois citizens.
