Sheridan Gorman’s Murder was Preventable

Sheridan was allegedly murdered by an illegal alien with a prior arrest.
This young lady lost her life because JB Pritzker failed her.
We need to repeal the Trust Act, repeal the SAFE-T Act, and start protecting Illinois citizens.

Radical Dems Want To Tax and Track Your Ammo

The radical Democrats have a track record of government overreach and The Ammo Tax represents yet more government overreach targeting law-abiding gun owners while doing nothing to stop actual criminals. House Bill 4414 is complete tyranny and is another example of Illinois Democrats attacking legal gun owners who exercise their second amendment rights. Illegal immigrants are killing Illinois citizens and the Democrats have done nothing to save lives and they never will-look at their policies!
Here is what the radicals Dems want to do to punish law-abiding gun owners :
- Forces every bullet you buy to be tracked, registered, and tied to your name in a government database because Springfield politicians think you’re a suspect.
- Slaps fees of up to 5 cents per round on ammunition & a hidden tax on your constitutional rights
- Makes it a criminal offense to possess your own legally purchased ammunition in public without government-approved serialization
- Creates a massive new bureaucracy with zero evidence it will reduce crime
*Proposed 2026 Legislation: Recent bills introduced in the 2026 session include a de facto ban on Glock pistols (HB 4471) and requirements for serialized ammunition accompanied by a per-round tax.
Illinois Gun Laws Now
- FOID Card: Required for all gun owners. Applicants must be 21+ (or have parental consent) with no disqualifying criminal or mental health history.
- Assault Weapon Ban (PICA): Passed in 2023, this bans the sale, purchase, and manufacturing of many semi-automatic rifles, pistols, and shotguns. Previously owned weapons needed registration by Jan. 1, 2024.
- Magazine Limits: Magazines holding more than 10 rounds for long guns or 15 rounds for handguns are banned.
- Safe Storage: Firearms must be stored in a secure, locked container or secured with a lock, especially if children could access them.

Researching Fake Meat is a Waste of Money and Time
(The Center Square) – Illinois plans to pump $5 million into alternative protein research at state universities, aiming to boost the plant-based and fermentation food-tech sector and make the state a hub for agricultural innovation.
But not everyone is on board.
State Rep. Chris Miller, R-Oakland, voiced skepticism about the initiative, questioning whether taxpayer money would be better spent supporting traditional farmers directly.
“There’s no end to the Democrats’ scheming and scamming to try to destroy the livestock industry,” Miller said. “They tried this alternative protein fiasco up in the suburbs a couple of years ago. It didn’t take long for them to figure out there was zero demand for cockroaches and crickets and alternative types of protein. People want the real deal — the purest protein we have through our cattle industry.”
Beyond Meat is facing a consumer class-action lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2022 over allegedly overstated protein claims on multiple products. Miller also criticized the focus on higher education research rather than direct support for farmers.
“They’ll try to throw millions at this, and it’s already proven to be a failed idea,” he said… read more.
Rep. Miller Files Legislation to Ban Cultivated Meat in Illinois

State Representative Chris Miller has taken swift action to ban cultivated meat in Illinois by filing House Bill 5872. Growing concerns from the notion of replacing real meat with laboratories to replicate a natural process is the biggest factor. Rep. Miller said the legislation would protect individual’s health, farmland, and agricultural products.
“Agriculture is big business in Illinois, and we don’t need fake meat laboratories creating a highly expensive product that tries to replicate real meat,” said Rep. Miller. “Illinois farmers know what they’re doing, and it they do it well.”
Johnson and Pritzker Are Being Called Out

As a result of Joe Biden’s Democrat Party’s miserably negligent and dangerous decision to open up our southern border and let absolutely anyone in without knowing who they are, our entire country is in a state of chaos, and, as a result, another innocent life has been taken.
On March 19th, eighteen-year-old Loyola University (Chicago) student, Sheridan Gordan, was killed by Jose Medina-Medina, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela. Understandably, her parents are furious with what they call systemic failures, and they want accountability.
Pathetically, unbelievably and disgracefully, Chicago Mayor Brandon and Governor Pritzker are both trying to pin this on President Trump!!
SICK & DISGUSTING
To prove that he is even more clueless, heartless and politically motivated than anyone could possibly imagine, Mayor Johnson decided to announce (days after Sheridan’s murder) that he is going to name the city’s street plows ‘Abolish ICE’:

Springfield House Bills That Are Moving Forward

Last week, the Illinois House of Representatives passed more than 150 bills out of committee in a mad scramble to meet the Friday deadline.
The measures are a long way from becoming law, but they include:
- A ban on junk fees
- Classifying ‘child torture’ as a Class X felony
- A retry at a nonprofit savings bill that Gov. Pritzker recently vetoed
- A bill to strip Chicago’s authority to alter the minimum wage for workers who make tips
- Unemployment benefits
- Jury duty pay
- Utility rate increase hearings

Illinois Gas Spike Still Climbing

As concern grows over the impact high gas prices are having on Illinoisans, this is the lazy, incompetent and totally predictable response coming out of the state’s Democrats:
‘It’s Trump’s fault and the ongoing military conflict between the U.S. and Iran’.
They offer ZERO solutions to the problem that they mostly caused and continue to make worse themselves.
The average cost of a gallon of unleaded fuel went up $1.21 compared to a month ago and maintains an average cost above the national average. Our incompetent governor has the totally vague nerve to tell us that Illinois has ‘heightened needs’ that the state’s fuel taxes support.
‘Heightened needs’ that YOU have personally created, Governor Pritzker?

Why Do Democrats Always Want More Money??
Now, an agency focused on early childhood education (created by Illinois Democrats in 2024) is asking for
OVER $4.4 BILLION FOR THE UPCOMING FISCAL YEAR!!!
For WHAT, you ask?
The Illinois Department of Early Childhood Secretary, Teresa Ramos (pictured below) said it is an ‘important allocation for the state because the lump-sum will help the agency address unexpected issues in its infancy’.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!! HARD NO.
Nice try, Ms. Ramos. But Illinoisans need to shut down your ridiculous request immediately.

Illinois Out Migration Continues

The Internal Revenue Service recently released its annual numbers on taxpayer interstate migration, which are more important and precise than census numbers because they measure how many taxpayers changed their residence from one state to another.
Takeaways for Illinois:
- It lost 54,000 people to net domestic out migration (3rd highest in the nation)
- Annual incomes of people moving out are far bigger than those moving in
- Between 2000-23, Illinois lost 780,000 taxpayers to out migration. (Add their dependents, and the number skyrockets to 1.6 million people)
- Since 2000, $94 BILLION of Adjusted Gross Income left with departing taxpayers (just in their first year after leaving). If they had stayed and continued to work, the loss would add up to much more.

8 out of 11 metro areas and more than half of Illinois’ counties are suffering because of this.
