Miller Pushes Back Against Woke Democrats over Transgender Athletes
SPRINGFIELD, IL…State Representative Chris Miller (R-Hindsboro) says transgender athletes should not be competing in women sports and that opportunities are being stripped from biological females. Miller stands firm on his views about boys playing in girls’ sports and is disturbed by the recent news of a biological male runner from Naperville who competed and won in the girls’ division at a recent junior high track meet.
“It’s a total disgrace to young women who train hard for competitions, only to be destroyed by a biological male,” said Miller. “The radical Democrats in Illinois embrace a woke ideology that is stripping opportunities from real women who have trained hard to accomplish their goals.”
Recently, at Jefferson Middle School in Naperville, a transgender student won multiple events in girls’ competition with ease. Parents quickly packed a school board meeting at District 203 to express their outrage and demand change.
Miller continued, “It’s absolutely ridiculous that we even debate the difference between a boy and a girl. Everyone should agree that women athletes need their privacy, but not the woke left. They want so-called ‘Safe Spaces’ for men who decide they want to dress up and pretend to be a woman.”
