Rep. Miller’s Sponsored Bill That Helps People Struggling with Addictions Passes House

Today, Senate Bill 3405 was called for a third reading in the House and passed unanimously 106-0. This legislation has passed both Houses. Rep. Miller is happy to see the support behind legislation that will help people who are fighting addictions.

Representative Miller is the Chief House Sponsor of SB3405. This bill allows counties to use funds designated by law or ordinance for transportation purposes to fund rides for individuals to attend problem-solving courts. This legislation will help people who are struggling with substance abuse to get to their counseling and classes they need to get better.
