On the House floor today, State Rep. Chris Miller (R-Oakland) gave a speech calling for real, effective, meaningful ethics reform in Illinois. This isn’t a Republican or Democrat issue, this is a matter of right and wrong, and we owe it to all Illinoisans to ensure this corruption problem is tackled once and for all.
