This is just one of the many examples of how Democrats in Springfield sidestep the legislative process to pass and implement their harmful policies, from the pro-criminal SAFE-T Act to their unconstitutional gun grab.
These safeguards are in-place to protect our Republic, but JB Pritzker and the Democrats continue to show time-and-time again that they’ll just ignore these processes and rules when it’s convenient for them. Illinois families are then left to deal with the consequences of this reckless irresponsibility.
