JCAR Update: Because of significant opposition from the public, and from members of the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, Governor Pritzker has agreed to repeal his emergency rule that would have imposed a Class A Misdemeanor on those who are out of compliance with his Stay-At-Home Executive Order.
